This calculator allows you to evaluate your own situation and decide whether or not you need a Business Partnership with us.

The major idea of this evaluation is as follows:

• Implementation of new products, processes or programs goes on through the same basic stages:
  • Idea generation
  • Feasibility check
  • Capability development
  • Ramp-up
  • Launch
  • Marketing and selling
• Implementation Project starts at Feasibility check stage
• Cost is not evenly distributed across these stages; some authors even say that each next stage costs 100 times more than the previous one; hence, launch is usually the most expensive stage before new product, process or program hits the market
• While projects move from stage to stage, their number is usually reduced, either through "natural" failure of projects, or through Stage-Gate^TM-type process
• Market, in its turn, harshly selects products and programs, and only few of them become really successful
• It means that investment in projects that have not produced successful products and programs is a loss; if company could know before launching which products and programs would be successful, it could save money by avoiding launch of other products and programs (see Savings)
• Then, if company could reinvest these savings in launch of additional successful products and programs, it would enjoy the Revenue Growth that does not require any additional monetary investments and assets
• If company could know ahead of time which projects would be successes, it could start only those projects, and thus provide for Company Growth
