with full P&L responsibility. Dr. Bonner has been a pioneer in the
application of TRIZ technology in the chemical industry, and is
skilled in leading innovation teams, developing new products,
negotiating and managing licenses, joint ventures, and all
intellectual property matters. Dr. Bonner most recently was
President / COO of Ideation International, has been Vice President &
Chief Technology Officer at Cabot Corporation, Global Director of
Technology at Rohm & Haas; Vice President Research & Development,
The Chao Group International; Vice President Research & Development,
Premix, Inc; and Vice President Research & Development, B. F.
Goodrich Company. Dr. Bonner holds a PhD, from the University of

Peter Hanik - Managing Partner,

Extensive management
background in many disciplines including general management,
research & development, manufacturing, information technology,
e-business, quality, and health-safety-environmental. Strong and
effective leader able to establish vision and strategy and build
consensus across functions to achieve the organization’s goals, as
well as developing new products, negotiating and managing licenses,
joint ventures, and all intellectual property matters. Mr. Hanik
most recently was Senior Vice President of Ideation International,
has held positions of Senior Vice President Technology, Millennium
Chemicals; President and CEO, Millennium Petrochemicals; Vice
President Chemicals & Supply Chain, Quantum Chemical; Vice President
Reengineering and Information Systems, Quantum Chemical.
Mr. Hanik holds a B.S. in
Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and an
MBA from the University of Chicago.

Sergey
is responsible for all technical aspects to support Pretium’s
business model which includes software, process, and development of
educational materials. He is a well-known TRIZ Specialist, trained
by the method’s founder, Genrich Altschuller. He has more than 20
years experience in TRIZ application and implementation. Was one of
the first in the world to combine and implement TRIZ & Value
Engineering. He was most recently the Director of Software
Development at Ideation International Inc, has held positions of CEO
of Private Enterprise Eurotecton; Manager of TRIZ & VE Department,
Foton Corp.
David M. Verduyn,
United States of America
President of
C2C Solutions Inc. with over 18 years industry experience in Design
and Systems Engineering, Technical Instruction, Product Development
Consulting & Technical Course Development. Since 1983 he has
trained over 8,500 engineers & product developers in leading methods
including QFD, TRIZ, FMEA, CAD, VA/VE, Systematic Innovation, and
other Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Methods. Mr. Verduyn has a broad
range of practical experience including Automotive, Consumer and
Industrial products, Medical Systems, Defense and Service
Industries. Mr. Verduyn splits his time between Client Workshops,
In-House Training, Course Development, and "Hands On" Project based
Consulting. His unique and practical approach to education, clear
communication skills, and “Down to Earth” teaching style, has
earned him very high recognition with his industry clients.
Iouri Belski, Australia
Iouri Belski, received B.Eng. and M.Sc.
in Automation and Electronics in 1981, and PhD degree in Physics in
1989 from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Dolgoprudny,
Russia).
Iouri is an acknowledged TRIZ expert. In recent years he was invited
to speak to many meetings and conferences. He runs TRIZ training for
companies and general public. Business Review Weekly devoted an
article to his work in 1999.
Vladimir Shapiro, Australia
Since graduated from Kishinev Institute
of Rural Machinery Construction, USSR, Vladimir has produced 15
patented designs. The designs range from “Filter Centrifuge”, System
for Measuring the Structural and Rheological Characteristics of
materials” to Valve Drive. His publication in scientific journals
include “research and Design of Hydrociclone”, Mathematical Model of
Hopper for mixed Fodder”.
Alex Chernobelsky, Israel
Dr. Alexander Chernobelsky received his Ph.D in technology from
nondestructive testing and published more than 80 scientific papers,
two books and has 46 registered patents. He has more than 20 years
of experience in research and development.
Dr. Chernobelsky served at different R&D departments at different
managerial levels. During the last 20 years he dedicated himself to
the development of the systematic innovetive thinking methology,
solution to different technological problems and products.
Dr. Chernobelsky frequently teaches his method and new developments
in numerous courses for engineers, scientists, inventors,
investigators, teachers, students and other people with creative
specialyties. He worked at the "Open University" and consultation
office.
